The choices:
1. Repaint the whole house (all exterior and interior walls).
2. Repaint the walls of selected rooms.
3. Repaint selected areas of selected walls.
4. Do not repaint any walls at all. Status quo.
One reason for repainting is that the house does not come in the preferred colour so we repaint it with our favoured colours.
Another reason is that the paint job is done so badly that the house does not look new thus warrant a repaint. But this should be done foc by the developer.

ReplyDeleteOnly to give each room slightly different character and depth. No intention to use strong and dark colors like purple, red, orange, etc. Only cool and light shades such as light green, brown, blue, gray and yellow.
