The car will be parked in the porch. Items in question are items used to wash the car as in hose, pail, rags, sponge, car polish wax, car washing liquid; bottles of leftover synthetic oil from car service and etc.
These items can be stored in a dedicated cupboard which can be placed:
I pick (1) for this. Under the stairs to store items that are for gardening, powertools (if any) and car care.
