There are 4 bathrooms cum toilets in the house. I am glad that there are not more of them. Since we won't be using all the bathrooms, we do not need to install shower heater units in all of them. So we need to identify which bathroom will get those units.
The other question is do we need a storage water heater unit since one of the bathroom have a bath tub in it.

I think should be at least 2.

Optionally, the one on ground floor as well in case the water pressure is low.
I am not a keen bath user, only showers. So I don't see that as a requirement.
i think 2 is enough.
