The developer cut and cleared the grasses for all vacant end lots and corner lot houses.

One more moved in!

8 finally moved in today. As for 10, the wooden planks perimeter fencing have been installed.

Ceremony

There was a man doing some ceremony with joss sticks and pat kua. Foos are stuck to the doors.

Grilles are back

The grilles for the main window in the middle floor have been installed again. I really think the grilles are changed from hollow square tubular iron rods to flat solid iron rods.

Bits and pieces in

Another air con unit has been installed for the top floor, curtains are up for the middle floor and a stainless steel standalone kitchen unit has been spotted being moved into the back kitchen. Wonder when they will move in.

Boxed up again

The cake-liked concrete top was boxed up again on all sides with more iron rods put in at the sides. Work has stopped for the Raya holidays.

They built a wood platform frame structure.

New pillars

A lot of work was done in just one day.

1. The existing pillars can still be seen during the earlier part of the day.

2. Two existing pillars have been demolished and new pillars constructed in the evening.

3. The top end of the two new pillars have been boxed up with wood at the end of the work day.

Sept Monthly Status

1 more house started extensive renovation last month (August 2010).

8 has still not moved in. Doing work very slowly, few items since day.
