The red lanterns have been put up for about 2 months now.

Final colour?

Water is in pond now but fishes not in yet. Dark brown and light mocha grey I think. Can't quite make out the lighter colour. Upon googling I think it is sandstone colour.

Plants

Put a row of planter boxes with plants inside.

First porch change

After wondering how come no one change the look of the front porch for all the houses here, finally someone is doing it. Only saw it the next day as we were out all day that day. Wonder how they are going to redesign the porch to fit in with the rest of houses here. Can only wait and see. The work started on the day after Chinese Ghost Festival 7m 14d (Mon Aug 23, 2010).

Pergola

Pergola is up with glass/translucent polycarbonate roof. Pond is almost all done. No water yet.

Grilles in

The grilles are white in colour and are only installed for certain windows and doors. The highest floor has no grilles.

Back plans

Met the main person in charged. Plan is to move in during Oct 10. So no reno? I hope so.

Cement for the fish pond

All the structure works have been done and the house has been painted in grey and deep brown. Now they are creating a fish pond at the side of the house.

August monthly status

Only 1 more house moved in last month.

8 has still not moved in. Not much work can be seen but they installed a few aircon units. Two can be seen from the front view.

30 has finally moved in.
