Moving in

Today I saw this big container truck. They must be moving in their belongings. The house looks ready. Very colourful.

Finally

Met the person in charge. Seems like going to do a major reno. Work will start as soon as approval is obtained. So I'm expecting it to start sometime in Sept or Oct this year. Major works. Got it for 1.1 or 1.2 can't remember now.

The owner of this house planted some palm trees even before renovation starts.

Not much changes. Houses (15, 16) that performed the moving in ceremony end of May 10 have moved in now.

8 has still not moved in. Not much work can be seen but they planted a yam tree in their garden.

30 looked like getting there. Final touching up activities.

Only 1 house is doing active renovation:

12, 14, 16, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 (8/15 = 53%)

3, 5, 9, 11, 15, 17, 19, 21 (8/12 = 67%)

16 in out of 27 so 59% in.
