The current status of 5th street is:
- 22 moved in ceremoniously but physically not in yet. Reno work still in progress
- 14 and 17 moved in during CNY. Till now reno work is still being done to their houses.

-- 14 moved in after 1st week of CNY
- 3 houses doing post reno work:
14, 22

5 houses are doing active renovation:
8, 16, 24, 28, 30
so who will be the next to be in?
Should be 8 but I think still lots of interior work to be done.

out of 27 so 41% in. Still not 50% yet.
