Another reno started 16

I noticed another reno started very slowly in mid Feb with minor works and no skip used. This was the house where I noticed the 1st owner removed the electricity and water meters.

11th in

24 got their bulky things in today. Then for the next few days they came and work on the interiors. I think they only moved in physically during the last week of Feb 2010.

10th in

Got to know the things would be in on 3rd day of CNY which is today. After that they will move in. Think they moved in before 14 but both of them moved in within a few days of each other.

2 more houses started reno

Based on what I can remember, 28 started reno about a week ago by the same interior company as 3 and 22.

Based on what has been done by 30 (all the 2 balconies at the side have been demolished), I think they started reno less than a week ago. I guess by the demolition, they are planning to enlarge the house like the fu di place.

Living in although not ready

The place is not completed yet. Still lots of construction rubbish outside the back door but the place is now occupied by the owners and 1 loud Jack Russell Terrier. The pink room is occupied and the laundry balcony is always in used.

Moved in ceremoniously

Saw that the red cloth is over the door today so that means they have ceremoniously moved in although the place is not ready yet and the people have not moved in yet.
